If you are a new user, then you can register in a few easy steps and create your own HIKON account. Just fill out your email, billing address and telephone number and you’re all done. After you register, you need to fill in your email address and password to login to your HIKON account. What does it mean to login? You have to login to have full access on HIKON MALL.
Yes, our customer service team will be able to process your order over the phone in most cases. If you wish to use a payment method that cannot be accepted or processed over the phone but can be accepted online, we will be able to create a shopping bag for you containing your chosen items.
Where we create a shopping bag for you, we will send you an email with a link to your shopping bag. By clicking on the link you will be able to access your shopping bag and complete your order using your preferred payment method. The items in your shopping bag will only be secured for you after payment has been taken and your items have been shipped.

To place an order, follow these steps:
- Click on the product you want to order
- On the description page, click ‘add to cart’
- On the shopping cart page, click ‘proceed to checkout’
- As a new customer, click ‘continue’ under new customer
- On the next page, fill in your details under customer information,
- Choose from the payment options available,
- Confirm your order by clicking on the ‘checkout’ button
Our online ordering system will prompt you to fill in all of the necessary information. Remember to provide your VAT number if you have one. As a result, the shipping will not be delayed due to a lack of a VAT number.
By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.
The cost of delivery is determined by the quantity of goods being shipped. If your order contains materials that require special handling (such as dry ice), an additional fee will be charged to the shipping costs. Prior to making a purchase, you may view the shipping costs during the checkout process.
Payment Information
HIKON has different payment options to choose from. Online Banking, Bank Deposits, Pay on Delivery and Credit Card payment. When you place your order on our website, these options are displayed and you can choose which option is most suitable for you.
HIKON work’s very hard on making sure our prices are as competitive as possible. Therefore, our prices are non-negotiable.
HIKON works hard to fulfil all online shopping needs but unfortunately we don’t have the facilities to accommodate instalment payments. All our prices are very affordable and we definitely have products within your budget.
You can use all the major credit cards.
If you are a customer with established customer relationship with HIKON. you are able to use invoice as a payment method on our online shopping checkout process.

Order and Returns

We display and collect payments in the local currency when you select your shipping country. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout.
We accept stuffs in new condition with original tags attached. You have 30 days from when you receive your order to have your return postmarked to the courier on your label. Please ship your return from the same country to which it was delivered. Please note that all apothecary, underwear, pierced jewelry, climate credits, and some other items are non-returnable*. We do not accept returns if there is significant damage to the shoe box or if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. Reformation monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Return shipping is free and there are no additional charges upon return of the merchandise. Pick-ups are not included in this service. If duties & taxes are included in the product price, you will receive a full refund of those as well. Duties and taxes that are paid separately at checkout are nonrefundable.
For in-store purchases, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund back to the original form of payment. You have 30 days to bring it back to the store. Please return the stuff you buy in-store, back to the store and in the same country it was purchased in. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, hosiery, pierced jewelry, eyewear, vintage, and final sale items are final sale. We do not accept shoe returns if there is significant damage to the shoe box.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account on the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive a full refund of the product price paid. Any duties and taxes paid separately at checkout are nonrefundable.
Technical Faqs
In order to put items in the basket, you should adjust the security settings of your browser and adjust the security settings.
Internet Explorer 6 or 7 as follows:
- Click Tools.
- In the drop down selection menu, select Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click the “Security level for this zone” and adjust it to custom level.
- Scroll down the settings to the scripting box.
- Select “Enable” in the Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets box.
- Click OK.
- Click Internet Options and then OK again to accept the settings.
- Close your browser and restart it again to activate the changes made to the settings
